Can I use CAVNYX for just one service?
Yes. Use CAVNYX for receiving only, storage only, delivery coordination only or a combination of services. Every engagement is scoped around the individual project.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
We photograph and document visible damage identified during receiving and provide the records needed to support your vendor or carrier claim. Any additional inspection, unpacking or claim coordination is handled according to the agreed project scope.
How long can items stay in storage?
Storage periods are flexible and agreed project by project, from short receiving windows to longer storage periods while a site is being prepared.
Do you handle installation?
Yes. CAVNYX can provide white-glove delivery, room-of-choice placement, furniture assembly and installation support for work that does not require a contractor or specialist trade license. When licensed or trade-specific work is required, we coordinate with the customer’s contractor, manufacturer installation team or another appropriately licensed provider.
Can you work with my designer or help with design support?
Yes. CAVNYX can work directly with your existing designer, contractor or project team. If a project requires design support and you do not already have a designer, we may also be able to introduce a trusted independent design professional. CAVNYX can then manage the receiving, storage, inventory, delivery, placement and assembly behind the project.
